Lovely Staff :) and best salt pepper chips I've ever had! Also bought a satay sauce to dip them in is amazing! Highly recommend. Just observation they should have a website even just for a menu because more peeps need to try :)

A good Chinese, great after a night out or for a take away. Food is good and staff are friendly. Food is clean and tasty with good portion size. Set menu contains plenty of food and comes out quickly. Wine and drinks are reasonably priced. Toilets are in good condition with a ground floor disabled toilet available. Mid week was not busy when we went but have been on weekends where is is more busy and service and food are the same level.

We bought a half crispy duck tonight to add to our very healthy salad. Service was quick and friendly. The duck was ready to collect in just 5 minutes. The place seemed quite busy - other people ordering and collecting. We were very happy with the tasty and crispy duck. Thank you.

Just had a lovely meal at Chen's Cottage. I have been a longtime fan of their takeaways but this was the 1st time we'd eaten in and I have to say that the service and presentation of the food was delightful - it also tasted delicious! Will definitely be coming back

Food is always 10/10, the staff provide you with amazing customer service and the restaurant always looks clean. First time in 5(ish) years something was forgotten on my order, but everything else makes up for that! Thank you Chenn’s cottage :)

I have been there to order a House special what my wife loves the most and she absolutely loved it, she always want to eat there food as we think is the best in Banbury, they got a very good taste and the portion size is very good and big as it is supposed to be at a takeaway!! The staff are very friendly and can explain to you all their menu. I will always choose them for the Chinese takeaway. They need an award for the best takeaway in Banbury!!
